Oooh, this is tasty. Easy to make, and tasty. An Asian style noods, and damn fine, with a enticing and refreshing range of flavours - not stodgy and comforting like British noods. Sometimes British is what you want, and sometimes it's the za\ng ping pang of an Asian. I didn't put in too much of the hot sludge, so it was spicy but not brutal. I really liked this.
